To clarify we are not a firm of solicitors! Nor are we owned by
solicitors or a group of insurance companies. We are an independent
claims management service.
What does this mean?
Just like insurance
companies and brokers we employ a panel of legal experts. But unlike them we
haven't chosen our panel using the most common criteria such as the size of the
firm or the biggest fee. We consider Customer Care, Level Of Success and of
course Reputation at the top of our priorities. This can often mean smaller,
local firms overlooked by large corporations can come out on top.

companies often have large client lists and from our experience the
customer often gets lost. By researching our panel so carefully, and

What does our service cost?
Our service is provided FREE to our clients. Our costs are paid for by the at-fault insurer and solicitors. In addition to the standard no win, no fee insurance, our specialist insurance policy provides supplemental cover for the client to make sure that even if the case fails the client is never liable for any legal fees or disbursements. Of course. We are regulated by The Ministry Of Justice in respect of claims management activities and our registration is recorded on their website.
