RECOVERY & REPAIR
We have a national recovery network to uplift your
vehicle and take it to a safe compound while we can arrange to have it
inspected as soon as possible. Our network are all reputable companies who are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
One of our highly accredited independent engineers
will inspect the vehicle and determine if it’s repairable. A copy of the report
is always sent to you for your reference!
If it's repairable one of our national network of
accident repair centres will repair it for you without the need for you to pay
an excess. We organise what's called a credit repair which means the invoice
will be sent to the at-fault insurer and they will pay for the repairs. Once
repairs have been completed your car will be returned back to you.
Want to use your own garage? No problem - we can
recommend this garage to our credit repair team and provided your garage is in
agreement can liaise with them to deal with the repairs.
Should your vehicle
be deemed uneconomical to repair or more commonly known to be a 'Total Loss' or
'Write Off', we will send the engineers report along to your solicitor who will
look to recover the value of your vehicle immediately from the at-fault
insurer. As insurers will wish to minimise the length of time you are in a hire
vehicle for, they should act swiftly and the solicitor will ensure they deal
with this as promptly as possible.
